User Responsibilities:

  • Users must not engage in activities that violate laws or regulations, commit fraud, or subject Derya Sevgi Travel Agency to legal action or investigation.
  • Bank account or card information provided to Derya Sevgi Travel Agency should only be used for authorized transactions and not shared with others.
  • Users should adhere to Derya Sevgi Travel Agency platform terms and avoid tampering with its software without explicit consent.
  • Users are required to provide accurate and complete information to fulfill Derya Sevgi Travel Agency “Know Your Customer” (KYC) requirements.

Merchant Responsibilities:

  • Merchants must comply with applicable laws while using Derya Sevgi Travel Agency platform.
  • Merchants should not process transactions for other establishments unless registered with Derya Sevgi Travel Agency.
  • Refinancing existing debts with customer payments is not allowed.
  • Data extraction from payment instruments must follow Derya Sevgi Travel Agency specified methods.
  • Merchants must provide transaction records to customers when handling payments via Derya Sevgi Travel Agency platform. 
  • Merchants are prohibited from charging customers extra fees or applying discounts specific to transactions.
  • Derya Sevgi Travel Agency holds a limited license to use merchants’ trademarks for marketing purposes.
  • Merchants must maintain website or app security as instructed by Payment Schemes, 1LINK, and Derya Sevgi Travel Agency.
  • Merchants must follow instructions for payments collected against electronic transactions.

General Rules:

  • Merchants must comply with Scheme Rules, PSO/PSPs’ SOCs, Acquirer/Platform Provider’s Policies, and Derya Sevgi Travel Agency agreement.
  • Merchants should adhere to all laws and regulations while selling products/services and fulfilling contractual obligations.
  • Merchants must honor all obligations regarding the sale and delivery of products/services to customers.

Prohibited Items:

Merchants cannot offer, sell, or deliver prohibited products/services such as firearms, alcohol, explosives, pornography, live animals, banned drugs, fireworks, hazardous materials, gambling, etc.

Confidentiality and Security:

  • Merchants must ensure data confidentiality and implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access or hacking. Derya Sevgi Travel Agency is not liable for losses beyond the merchant’s control.
  • Copyrights and trademarks of Derya Sevgi Travel Agency may only be used with express written permission.
  • “Derya Sevgi Travel Agency” and related logos are registered trademarks and cannot be used without prior written consent.

Other Businesses:

Derya Sevgi Travel Agency is not responsible for third-party services, products, or content.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement is governed by Pakistani law, and disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Pakistan.
